Notes. Treated as a Excluded Name in Fl. Australia 11B: 446 (2001) where it is stated: 'Jacques gave no provenance for this species. Judging from the protologue it is not referable to an Australian taxon and is probably not even an Acacia (e.g. the heads are described as pink to violet). (B.R. Maslin)'.
