Type Designation. Lectotype (designated by R.S. Cowan & B.R. Maslin 1995: 27): near Halfwayhouse, Darling Range, W.A., 13 Sept. 1839, L. Preiss 974 (K); isolectotypes: C, FI, LUND, M, MEL, NAP, NSW, NY, P, PERTH, RO, TCD. Remaining syntype: Cape Porteray, New Holland, C. Fraser (K, NSW, PERTH, but this specimen is possibly A. burkittii). Source. Fl. Australia 11B: 341 (2001).
