Notes. Hernandez (Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 76(3): 832, 1989) notes "Acacia fragrans Ten. nom. nud., Cat. Ort. Nap. 1 was apparently never described. There is, however, one specimen at K, clearly identified as Z. caracasana subsp. weberbaueri, which was presumably collected by Michele Tenore in the Orto Botanico di Napoli; its original source is unknown.".
