Notes. (1) According to Seigler & Ebinger (2005: 170): "The type specimen at P is not an Acacia as it has a single pair of pinnae and lacks stipular spines and prickles.". (2) According to D. Seigler (pers. comm.) this is probably a Prosopis species.
