Acacia semibinervia Maiden & Blakely, J. & Proc. Roy. Soc. New South Wales 60: 189; pl. 17, figs 7–11 (1927)
Judging from the type collection this taxon seems to be a garden hybrid involving A. pravissima and A. vestita . It resembles the hybrids between A. kettlewelliae and A. pravissima as to phyllode shape and size, gland morphology and inflorescences but differs in its better-developed second longitudinal vein which does not intersect the gland. The A. boormanii x pravissima hybrids are also similar and differ from A. semibinervia in the same way, but in addition, their foliar glands are a little less pronounced.
